In the spirit of energy saving, HAJDU Zrt.'s new product line, called Z…SMART, has several new solutions. Its insulation is made of high-quality polyurethane foam. A special ceramic heating element and an electronic "SMART" temperature control electronics ensure perfect service. The device operates safely with any water hardness.
The boiler has an intelligent self-learning SMART electronic temperature control, which comes into operation immediately after commissioning. The advantage of the SMART control technology, among others, is that the on and off temperature, the switching schedule, and the switching hysteresis can be automatically modified during operation.
The first week of use is the device's learning phase. After that, the storage tank automatically regulates the water temperature in the selected temperature range, depending on the water consumption habits that have been typical up to that point.
The electronic control of the device keeps the water temperature at the lower threshold of the set temperature range during periods of non-use. This achieves direct energy savings, as the storage tank will consume less electricity during periods of non-use than boilers with fixed temperature settings. This saves costs.
The electronics have several SMART setting options, which the user can modify according to their needs.
The special ceramic heating element can reduce the surface load by more than 50%, which also means an increase in service life and energy savings in the long term. The heating element is housed in a casing tube with fire enamel protection, thus simultaneously excluding deformation of the heater and failure attributable to electrochemical corrosion of the heating element.
Its maintenance and servicing are simple, to replace the heater, it is not necessary to replace the water from the device.
