Hajdu M4-200 flat plate collector

M4-200 flat plate collectors are made of 10 absorber tubes and a selectively coated, one-piece (monolithic) absorber plate. The absorber plate is a 0.5 mm thick aluminum plate, which is attached to the tubes by laser welding, thus ensuring good heat transfer. The collector insulation is 40 mm thick, made of rock wool, which provides thermal insulation not only at the back but also at the sides and improves the rigidity of the collector. The collector cover is 3 mm thick heat-treated glass. The glass is sealed three-fold: EPDM gasket, silicone gel and flexible fixing/clamping plate. The collector housing and back plate are anodized aluminum.
